Arlington PD monitors both South and North bound traffic just south of the control signal at Hardisty with great consistancy. Drivers coming North bound on 157 (Cooper St)from Mansfield should pay close attention to the speed limit as it drops from 55 to 45 and the change is easy to miss.I live in this area and see vehicles constantly being stopped at all times of the day..
