Urbana, Texas Speed Traps

Urbana is really just a sign on HWY 59, about 13 miles south of Livingston. There is only a liquor store on the south-bound side and a ranch on the north-bound side. It is immediately before you cross the Polk County line. In front of the liquor store is a wide, paved median between the lanes. The state highway patrol frequently are looking for speeders in this area. They park in this area, or a couple of cross overs south of this area.
