West Lake Hills, Texas Speed Traps

Officer sits just to the south side of a hill. Speed limit is 30. Road is good quality, wide, good shoulders, low traffic. Limit is set unreasonably low. Another motorist was caught within 10 minutes of my ticket. My first speeding ticket in 27 years of driving, and I was from out of town and couldn’t stay to fight it.

West Lake Hills has a 16 man department but this does not keep them from having as many as three officers running radar on this 4 mile stretch of bee cave rd. There are usually no breaks given.
