Since road construction has been underway on Hwy 77 @ Hwy 111 East, Yoakum PD has been sitting along Hwy 111 East (East Gonzales) by FM 318 attempting to slow down the trucks. They sit at the FM intersection and city limit sign.

From the Valero Station North to Yoakum South. The local police park and run up and down this road. It is 50 mph and then goes to 45. The police are very anal about this.
