Cheaspeake, Virginia Speed Traps

I go this route everyday to work from Chesapeake to Metro Machine in Norfolk, the railroad track at the overpass divides the two cities, the speed before the overpass heading toward Norfolk is 45mph and drops from 45 to 30 in no time, I have seen them sitting in the turning lane at the bottom of the overpass, bye the time you see him its to late, also they are very hot in the school zone less than a mile from the overpass in the morning, cops are out standing on the side walks with hand held units, with there hands out waiting to get your cash.
