Rolling Radar from Exit 11 to Toll Plaza (5 mi stretch). Enforced mostly by Chesapeake City police. Modus Operandi is to catch speeders headed the opposite direction and U-turn in the median, sometimes enforce from median near toll booth. Unmarked vehicles (especially a dark blue Charger with dark tinted windows) sit on shoulder like a disabled vehicle.
