As you enter Pretlow street the SL changes to 35MPH, cops are there waiting for you, even worse, as you entering the city of franklin right where the police station is (on the right) cops are waithing for you as well and they are thursty for your money. The cops there will stop their own mother and tricket her. Generaly speaking the whole city of franklin VA. is infested with speed traps. DO NOT GO TO FRANKLIN VA.
