Glen Allen, Virginia Speed Traps

Police sit just North of 295 Interchange and grab speeders exiting 295 or just heading north on Nuckols. Usually sit by turnoff to the landfill in moring rush hour traffic. Prefer motorcycles to minimize profile/increase stealth.

County Mountie sitting in the parking lot of the Courtney Road service station across from the entrance to Crump Park on the south side of Mountain Road. I was eastbound in the afternoon on a weekday.

3:15 PM Wednesday, 4/20/11 – Henrico County marked cruiser, parked on the south side of Hungary Road facing west. I have also seen them running radar here at night.

8:01 AM 10/13/10 – Marked Henrico County cruiser pulled over facing East at the end of Olde Mill Pond Drive – possibly running radar in the school zone.

8:10 AM 10/4/10 – Henrico County marked cruiser pulled over at the end of Nuckols Road where it intersects with Francistown Road – he was running radar on the cars that were heading North on Francistown Road through the school zone.
