Going east on Bellview Rd from Rte 7 (Leesburg Pike). After going around a blind curve at the top of a hill, the police speed trap is located at the bottom of that steep hill in the driveway of 1051 Bellview Rd. The posted speed limit is 25 MPH which is next to impossible to achieve down that hill even with your foot on the brakes.

The officer will stand behind the maroon sign on the right side at the intersection of Tysons Blvd and Park Run Drive with a handheld radar gun. There will be a car parked near by to pull the vehicle over.

A Fairfax County cop sits in the parking lot of the church at the intersection and catches people speeding down Linway Terrace. It’s a 25 zone but it could easily be 35; most people go between 35 and 40.

Going west on 66, watch out at the Route 7 exit. Most times there is at least one cop sitting behind the bushes. The speed limit drops from 55 to 25 or 35, it’s not well marked, and the cops are merciless.

The park police will physically hide behind the sign for the park, you can identify them by the bright yellow vests that they wear.
