Watch out on I81 in Shenandoah County. State Delegate Gilbert and Sheriff Carter have been calling more more enforcement in Shenandoah County. Today saw Sheriff and several Deputies enter local cafe across from jail, later saw Va State Police Colonel (Superintendent) and a VSP Capt. leaving there. They are plotting something, watch out
