Aberdeen, Washington Speed Traps

Sheriff frequently hides among tall brush on the northbound shoulder just before you get to the boat launch. The worse part is that its a county road (40 mph) so the tickets are waaaaaay more than those given in zones over 40 mph. Seriously, who drives 40 in the middle of nowhere? I’ve been busted twice in the past couple years, and I still can’t live with 40 mph.

Vulnerable in the entire 45mph area beginning where it drops from 50 to 45, finally to 30 as you enter Aberdeen via highway from the east. Parked, hidden, near Bailae’s Dip area right after speed limit drops from 50 to 45. Two people known to me personally and to each other, recently ticketed within one week of each other.
