Motorcycle cops wait by the Chinese restaurant near the north end of the Ballard bridge, catching northbound traffic on 15th NW

This Is Near Seattle Pacific University/Ballard Bridge

A cop sits near the Lock & Key place on Nickerson street right before you get to the Ballard Bridge. The squad car sits on the right side of the road and hides next to a building with only his "trim lights" on in the dark and tags people speeding the corner (I believe the speed limit is 30) taking the left split to the Ballard bridge or the right split which goes underneath it.

It’s easy to speed since you come up over that hill on Nickerson and then start cruising down hill, but he will Get Ya!
