On highway 2 at the east end of town
Unmarked car parked on a side street facing the highway at the east end of town, says I was doing 38 in a 30 MPH zone. I had just pulled out of a local diner and there was no way I could be doing that. A $124 fine. We drive through there a lot on the way to Spokane and since then we have never stopped there again to eat in that town. Their loss.
