Highway speed reduces to 35mph through Elmer City (pop.300). Outside of town a 60mph sign is posted. As you accelerate, they are waiting on the other side of a small hill with their radar gun. He issues a ticket of $200 because "You are supposed to stay at 35mph until AFTER you pass the 60mph sign.
