Police sit on east side of Lewis/First intersection, or in various driveways. 1st Ave is 25MPH Zone and only two blocks long! There are several signs, and speed is also painted on the roadsurface in at least 3 places – Weekends when poeple are traveling to Wallace Falls park is heaviest patroled period. 0 Tolerance for non-locals
