Just outside of Goldendale, WA going south on SR97 the speed limit abruptly changes from 60 to 55, with no speed limit warning and signage difficult to see. If you are going 65 and don’t see the speed limit sign you may get caught. And you have to appear in local court to get mitigation -otherwise you have no choice but to pay up.
