Graham, Washington Speed Traps
State Highway Meridian near State Highway Meridian
Washington State Patrol like to sit along Meridian anywhere from South hill/176th street to the bottom of Graham hill. They seem to switch up spots between the points. Most seen places where Bottom of Graham Hill, across from the Graham/Pierce County Fairgrounds, along side of road near the Lumbermens, and near the Golf course area.

State Route 161 near 224th Crossing
Graham hill heading North. This is a farce! The speed limit is 55 coming down a Very Steep grade and then at the bottom of the hill speed is reduced to 40. My car is always needing brakes because of this hill – I have to ride them all the way down or brake hard at the bottom. County should allow more room to reduce speed once you get to bottom of hill since it expands to 4 lanes plus a turn lane.

Police car issued me a ticket, then u-turned and got a victim on the other side of the highway – just random, no radar. Advice: boycott all South Hill businesses – I started with not buying gas there after the ticket.
