County sheriff traffic car sits facing north (at the ride share lot) catching sound bound drivers that fail to slow from 45mph to 35 mph. Hard to see the patrol car with all the surrounding buildings and landscaping.

As your heading east torwards the Kingston ferry the speed drops to 25mph and the cops are hidden by the slight hill.
