City designated school zones
There are six designated school zones in Longview Wa. all with cameras operated by American Traffic Solutions. Entering these at 21mph can and do generate an infraction for 31mph in a 20. There were 11,600 infractions issued in 2014, yet not one ticket was written for less than 31mph. 15th ave at Mark Morris HS represents about 2/3rds of all those tickets because it is also in an area of commerce.

Heavily watched by state and city police between 30th Ave. and Coal Crk. Rd. Motorcycle Cops impossible to see ’til it’s too late. Lot’s of side streets for the police to hide. Approx. 4 mile stretch of road.
