Cop hiding behind a grain silo. legal speed for the HW is 60mph. A sign is posted stating 25mph ahead, speed checked by radar. 2 tenths of a mile later, or 20 seconds if you are still going 60, a 25mph sign is posted. The cop will "gun" you just as you cross the sign.
