Olympia, Washington Speed Traps

Traveling west from Boulevard Rd SE on 22 Ave. the speed limit is 25 mph but there is no sign for about 1/4 mile and the motorcycle cops lurk before the sign. the street is heavily used and appears to be an arterial.

There is a dirt lot on Martin, (left side of road as you going TOWARDS Olympia)and there is often a cop car sitting bedhing a mound of dirt there. He is often hard to see since by the time you pass him, it’s too late. Speed limit is posted 35 MPH, but soon turns to 25 MPH. I’ve known people to get tickets there for doing 7 over.
