Port Orchard PD will sit in the little parking lot Across from Roosevelt Ave, facing Mile Hill Drive (WA-166) in the 35 Mile Per Hour Zone and target Drivers as they drive down hill.

1 State Trooper Stand on the overpass and target Traffic traveling Westbound on Washington State Highway 16 with nearly a 5 or 6 patrols cars sitting in line waiting to pick up the speeder.

The road going up the hill above Sedgewick/Hy. 16 interchange. Both directions. Have seen patrol cars parked several times there.
They wrote me for 53 in a 35(uphill). No Way! They just ticketed somebody else I know, same details.

Not only are the County Boys out there hiding in the bushes, but the Staters are starting to drive slow with their guns on. Speed is 35 on Woods and lots are doing close to 50.

Limit changes from 45 N of Bielmeier to 35 S of Bielmeier. Little hills and curves make good hiding for HP and Sheriff.
