Skagit, Washington Speed Traps

On I5, going northbound, from exit 200 to exit 225, the speed limit is 70mph. From exit 226 to 228, the speed limit reduced to 60mph, while from exit 229 on the speed limit increased to 70mph once again. Unmarked cop cars usually travel between exit 226-228. I was once pulled over for doing 68mph in that area. I’ve also seen cars being pulled over there many many times.
