39th St. and F Circle
State trooper sits in his driveway or next to his house in late afternoon to early evening. Usually when just getting home from his shift. 39th is a decent grade heading south with a 25 mph speed limit. This is also just a block away from Washougal High School. Lots of tickets handed out here. I see it everyday!
N. Shepherd Rd. just after N. 8th St.

Be Warned. The limit is 25 MPH on all of Shepherd Rd. except for the 20 MPH section which is the school zone.
