Abbotsford, Wisconsin Speed Traps

County and State police sit on Cottonwood Ave about 1/2 mile west of State Hwy 26 and radar north bound vehicles. Because the squad car is so far from the highway it is almost impossible to visually see him. They just started doing this about 2 months ago.

Sheriff’s sit in this position at any time of day or night. Almost nightly there will be one parked facing northbound. Unsure if they are running radar or sleeping. Traffic is enforced very sternly in this county so be careful and pay close attention to the posted speeds.

State Highway 67

The entire length of SpringBrook Road (County Hwy ML) south of 91st street and northeast of 39th avenue is a major speedtrap any time of the day. The residents along that stretch have been complaining, so law enforcement has stepped up the enforcement.

Highway 164 north of Capital Drive Wallmart all the way to Highway K. Squads sit ona ny of the side streets or Church-Temple parking lots. Area is a municipal boundary so it is enforced by Lisbon, Pewaukee, Waukesha County and Menomonee Falls
