Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Speed limit going north on Hwy. 51 is 45mph for quite a distance. Finally increases to 55 about a mile or so north of where Hwy 70 goes east. When you get past 70, you may expect the limit to increase(as it should) shortly afterwards, but it does not. You’ll see a couple of speed signs of 45mph.
Unmarked car or SUV likes to sit on west side of 51 about 1/2 mile before the speed increases.
