Traveling east within the 800 and 600 blocks of STH 72 / W. Winter Avenue you come across a bridge. The speed limit is reduced from 35 mph to 25 mph. The Elmwood Police Department parks their patrol vehicle on the south side of the road way east of Woodman Street and east of the alley way and is partially blocked by a dumpster from an ajacent business.
