Entering or exiting Lodi’s edge of town on the south side while driving on Hwy 113. It goes from 55 to 25. The police sit on private property sometimes public property by the "Family Restaurant." It’s real easy to be going 35 right there and they make tons of money writing tickets there.

Speed limit drops from 55 mph to 25 mph in less than a quarter mile. You really have to be aware of the limit change ahead of time in order to slow down enough to hit 25 mph. Of course, the police love to sit in this area to catch anyone unawares.
