Just north of rapids on the west side of the road mid way down the hill you cant see them until you are right there and the speed limit is 35 the hill gets your speed up and you are almost always doing 45 down that hill
N Rapids Rd & State Hwy 310
Several Manitowoc County Sheriffs like to sit behind the Mini-Storage buildings on highway R at night. They take radar of traffic going both ways on HWY R and listen for exhaust violations and headlights/taillights out.
Dewey Street near 14th Street
Cop sits hidden behind the bushes at the MPU building between 14th and 18th and gets traffic going both ways.
North 8th Street
The sit in the entrance to Lincoln Park, and sometimes the apartment complex next to it, checking traffic in both directions. It’s hard to see them until you are right up on them.
South 35th Street near Between Dewey and Calumet Street
City law enforcement tends to post watching traffic from either of the two entrances to the Dewey Street park, or off of Division street. Typical traffic runs around 30-35 in a 25 zone, highly suggested not to exceed this from early morning through early evening
