Marshfield, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Speed limit drops from 45 to 25 while going downhill. Cops sit on roads North of Becker between Irene and Juniper.

The speed limit was lowered from 55- 45mph after improving the hwy to 4 lanes. Most vulnerable area is just south of an expressway overpass. As you go over the hill and start to go down, the cops are waiting for you at the bottom. By the time you see them, it is too late.

They sit in either the parking lot of the little business there or in the driveway for one of the utilities, they are looking to catch the people that are coming over the hill from the South (Becker Rd intersection)

Police sit at the bottom of the hill on the South Side just to the East of the Nursing home – catch people coming down the hill – used to be 35 mph & is now 25 with 15 during school beginning & end
