On Allman Street between Hwy 13 and Billings. State patrol likes to sit near Allman and River Dr especially. I think he likes to run this area also due to Reliable Recycling (old Potaczeks) and overloads or not strapped down proper loads driving there. I’ve also noticed him specifically look for no seat belts.
