The police sit in a driveway aiming west to catch eastbound cars coming down hill after cars leave I 43 off ramp. The driveway is at the first cross street after the underpass. The speed limit is 30 mph, but most cars on this wide boulevard going downhill approach 40 mph. Cars are almost constantly pulled over during daylight hours, but night time hours also find enforcement.
