27th Street near National Avenue
From National Avenue south to Lincoln Avenue, the posted speed limit has changed from 35 to 25 mph. This has been changed recently (within the past 6 months) and is starting to be enforced more and more frequently. Many drivers do not realize that the posted speed limit has changed, and are upset traveling so slowly behind drivers that are trying to not get caught in this lower speed zone, so they speed up and attempt to pass – which is all the police are waiting for.
