Monona Police officers often strictly enforce the artificially slow speed limit of 30mph on Monona Drive. They are running moving KA band radar and sometimes like to sit hidden along Monona Drive and shoot selective radar. Their department is filled with know it all cocky officers who will pull you over for minor equipment violations, they also like to profile teen drivers. When passing through Monona use caution.
