Onalaska, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Onalaska Police will sit in the old Skogens parking lot late night. They catch speeders going North or South down Sandlake Rd. This is usually and unmarked OPD car, navy blue in color. Posted speed limit is 25 but should be at least 30.

Officers like to sit on 20th Ave S and/or Pralle Rd at East Main St and run radar in both directions. It’s on a hill from the north and a curve from the south so its nearly impossible to see the squad sitting there.
