Either dark black police SUV or regular Silver RFPD cruisers, marked or unmarked, light bar, no light bar. Nice money maker for the city. usually seem to pick on college students (proximity to UW-RF) to get other charges like seatbelt, cellphone, no-insurance, "THC" etc. Clean cut, driving a CLEAN BMW, seems you can push it to about 30-35. Beat to hell Impala, exactly 25 or you get about an hour wait with about 4 cruisers, 2 local PD, 1 Sheriff Deputy and one university PD… did a little sociology experiment. Blew by the same cop in two different vehicles… with a radar detector in both vehicles.
