Cant recall the exact location but it was the only clear, straight, and wide stretch with great visibility coming west from Hertel early Sunday morning. A huge area and the cop appeared from nowhere out of the woods. He did not answer where he was hiding when I asked. I heard from friends later that 70 is terrible and Burnett Cty is arrogant and impossible to deal with. Wisconsin has poor roads and too many state cops with nothing more to do than harass out of state motorists. I won’t be back.
