Waterford, Wisconsin Speed Traps

Unmarked squad car sits near the intersection of 164 and Jenson Parkway because the speed limit drops from 50 to 40 in Tichigan. This is a wide roadway with little traffic but even at 7:00pm, an officer from Waterford will stop you with the excuse that they are operating under “federal funds” to issue citations. If you are southbound, you come over the hill and they are waiting to ticket you like you are an ATM for the Town of Waterford.

I Live in the area and I want to stress to all drivers is SLOW DOWN, all These patrol officers do is generate money for their municipalities,I have seen cars stopped for going 5 mph over the speed limit which is 55 mph.

The speed limit on Buena Park Road is 35 but the road curves and is 25. If you are going west around the curve by Wadewitz, the cop will sit in the next road up and gun you around the curve.

A squad is often sitting along Buena Park Rd.(Hwy W) about half a mile north of 83. It sits in front of a carriage house(wide garage) that is set into a hill of a residence on the west side of the road. His location is somewhat hidden by the hillsides on either side.

Northwest of Waterford, outside of downtown coming into town after the big sweeping curve. It goes from 55 to 25 very quickly still well out of town. Cars sits by a elem. school looking building behind some trees. Early weekend morning when no traffic and clear sailing got me.
