Highway 45 between Oshkosh and Winchester is a four-lane like Highway 41 but 55 MPH. A squad, sometimes two, will usually be in one of the six median/no U-turn areas. When going toward 41, a squad will be in a gravel area behind the third overpass.

A cop sits in a median between Jackson Street and Breezwood lane on Highway 41. I frequently see cop cars with a driver pulled over. Watch it when you go over the Jackson Street overpass there is a hill which makes it hard to see him
