Rawlins exit, approx 1 mile from hwy -center of business district
As you exit the Hwy, looking for a place to eat (there’s a large billboard advertising breakfast but the restaurant doesn’t exist) you enter the business district. About halfway into this bus. district, the speed changes from 45mph to 30mph at the top of a hill. There doesn’t seem to be any apparent reason for the speed limit change but the traffic cop sits and waits for the unsuspecting motorist and within a few yards, nails you for doing 47 in a 30. Approx cost = $90 for the ticket, $500/year for the increase in insurance
