North Little Rock police regularly sit on the south side of Maumelle Boulevard from the Maumelle City limits to the intersection with I-430 to snag speeders. Sometimes they are partially concealed or operate in pre-dawn hours under cover of darkness to catch early morning commuters from Maumelle. They also like to set these traps on Sunday mornings to catch church goers from Maumelle.

Officers will sit at the corner of St.Charles Blvd and pull you over with another officer working the ticketing! If thats not good enough they will sit further down at pickering Dr and will be hidden because of the shrubs.

Police with radar catch speeders coming down a hill marked 35 mph. The policeman will run out on to the two lane road and wave motorists to pull over, sometimes several at a time.
