Wilshire Boulevard
Weekday, 6:00 a.m., Going east on Wilshire Blvd.,Traveling on a downhill, No other traffic on 9 lane Blvd. with a turning lane (90 Fort across entire Blvd.) and no parked cars,Clear weather..Received speeding ticket stating I was going 55mph in a 35mph area. It seems ludicrous that going downhill is when they clock you. I think this sounds like a speed trap. How about you?
Sepulveda Boulevard near Sepulveda Pass
Speed limit is an unrealistic 40. I was given a ticket this morning and the cop said that they had been patrolling all week and will be for the next few weeks. He said there will always be someone there. Watch out for the curve where Sepulveda goes under the 405. They can clock you there before you see them.
