Aurora, Colorado Speed Traps

North bound right before the exit, Not so much now that the speed limit is 65.

Its a trap! Between 6th Ave & 11th ave on Dayton St, there are always cops catching Northbound & Southbound drivers. They are located on Lowry Pl & Dayton Catching Southbound drivers. 8th & Dayton st next to shopping center Catching both. 10th & Dayton catching northbounders. In a apartment parking lot before 11th & dayton catching Northbound drivers.

Heading East on Alameda, just before Potomac at the top of the hill behind Harbor Freight.

Also, heading west, in the second and third redisdencial streets. (I live on the second one.) These are before Peoria.

Also, a motorcycle cop sits in the grass median spotting you coming west.

There is an overpass just before merging onto I70 from I225. During rush hour almost daily there are 2-3 officers sitting on the north side of the highway. They sit just over the crest of the overpass and radar northbound traffic.

Cops usually sit in the median of Orchard facing the east direction, mostly seen in the mid afternoon and before the pm rush hour.
