They sit right after the tolls to get the folks who have the E470 Transponder

they’re not giving any breaks on the way to Kansas…got popped by a trooper on a motorcycle for 8 over, dont know where he came from but no warnings there…beware!

Police sit in the parking lot to the shopping center on the South East corner of Mexico and S. Chambers. They park their cars then stand near the bus stop bench with a radar gun and point it south on Chambers Road. The will also move south of this point onto the west side of the road and park in the driveway for Chambers Storage and point their radar North on Chambers.

A police car (sometimes unmarked) is parked on an access road just West of E-470 on the South side of Quincy Ave. well back from Guincy Ave. This is still under the 35 mph area comming down from a three lane East bound to a one lane prior to the E-470 enterance at the bottom of a small hill. Also watchout headed West as you come under the E-470 bridges!

Patrol car or motorcycle cop (or both) will sit at the light on the North side of the intersection and radar NW bound Smoky Hill Rd. during morning and evening rush. There is no real reason to be there other than to get some revenue enhancement going.
