Arapahoe Road near Liverpool Street
This speed trap is set up for cars traveling East on Arapahoe Rd., just past Liverpool Street. There is a small rise in the road just before you get to the Saddle Rock Golf Course clubhouse. The Aurora patrol car will be sit on the right side of the road in the driveway for the golf course maintenance building, directly across the Arapahoe from the clubhouse. Because of the rise in the road, you will not spot the police car until its too late. The road is divided with 3 lanes in each direction, so its quite easy to be going over the 40mph speed limit.
Arapahoe Road near Liverpool Road
Radar enforcement on both Arapahoe Rd. east of Liverpool as you come down the small hill and on Liverpool at the very bottom of a long hill. This is bordering a high school so I can go along with the enforcement before, during and after school. However, the enforcement is 7 days a week and from 7 am until 9 pm. I regularly see officers with their radar on Sunday mornings catching families enroute to church with VERY little traffic. This is not selective enforcement it is revenue seeking!
