Centennial, Colorado Speed Traps
Chenango and S. Espana Ct.
It is a school zone and it is an Arapahoe Charger parked there every school day. The speed limit is 25 and he will definetly stop you and give you a ticket. Every time I drive pass that intersection he pulls someone over, and there is another Sherrif vehicle car parked one street a way for the 35 mph speed limit.
S. Revere Parkway south of Easter Ave.
Motorcycle cop sits in the driveways of the office parks just south of Easter all day but especially during the morning and evening rush. Very aggressive ticket writer. Will write you for 3-4 over. Be cautious from Easter all the way through to where Revere becomes Tucson.
S. Telluride St and East Berry Pl.
Not so much a speed trap as a "full and complete stop" trap. The Sheriff sits on E Berry hidden from southbound traffic on the east side of Telluride. If your car does not rock back when you stop, whammo! This one’s all about the money!
I-25 Northbound (just after Arapahoe Road Exit)
Officer sits on side of road just after Arapahoe exit, but before the bridge going over I-25 to the Park-n-Ride (located on the East side of I-25). Watch your speed – especially when passing in the inside lane.
S. Clarkson 1 Block north of Mineral
Police car sits on side street, S. Ogden Way and watches for cars that don’t come to a complete stop when traveling on S. Clarkson.
