Atlantic Boulevard near Interstate 95
Traveling south on Atlantic Blvd., just before reaching the I-95 overpass there is an officer standing on the sidewalk next to a telephone pole with handheld laser. From a distance it is very hard to tell it is a police officer – no hat or helmet. In a parking lot out of view are police chase cars.
