Pompano Beach, Florida Speed Traps

South on Lyons Road heading towards McNab Road. Please keep it to 35 – 40 in the construction zone. The officers are set up just as you go under the Turnpike Overpass. You cannot see them until it is too late. Please go slow thru that area. They had a whole line of cars pulled over on Friday morning (july 11, 2008)

3 or more motorcycle officers that hide next to the palm trees in the median . They usually target motorist traveling south on 31st Ave/Lyons Road towards McNab as soon as you come under the Turnpike overpass.

Heading east and west bound on Copans Road right in front of the Pompano mall. They are there every week day around lunch time. And they love to pull people over.

On NE 14th Street, East of Federal Hwy 1, West of A1A, on both sides of the street motorcycle police with hand held radar guns are hidden in the parking lots of condominium buildings both mid morning and afternoon.
