State Route 31 near Cary/Algonquin Road
The police officers park at the Halloween shop right on the corner of 31 & Cary Rds. One out of his vehicle radaring and one ready to take off. Speed limit is 35 up the hill, people are going 45-50. The intersection at 31 & Cary Rds is horrible. Many accidents have happened here. So its not a good idea to speed up this hill anyway. Officers have been on a roll latley.
