Oswego, Illinois Speed Traps

Squad sits on Barnaby just off Douglas shooting south bound traffic. Douglas turns slightly left so the squad can actually be directly in line with on comming traffic (zero sine error). Two story appartments cast a shadow on Barnaby at this location during fall and winter months and provides concealment for the squad. Always look at this location as you go over the bridge. No parking allowd in this location, if there is a car just sitting there, it’s a revenue generating car.

Now that they have the solar speed monitor on Wolf’s Crossing, cops like to sit in the Church with the Evil Red Cross parking lot just west of the entrance to Oswego East High School and nail people – they sit like they are visiting church…beware

Another speed monitor permanently installed in our formerly classy looking subdivision – I’m glad they have it because of all the ducks that have gotten mashed, but nobody seems to obey and slow anyway – cop is usually on Stonegate

!IS There is a goal each cop must get or will be replaced????????

Cop sits in Arbor Gate subdivision rd. just east of Orchard and gets speeders going either E/W on Mill.
